Return & Exchange Policy.

DISCLAIMER

The brand Linda Kokkonen is owned by LL Studios and acts as the same legal person when referring to "we", "us"  and "our".

All Ready-to-Wear (RTW) items are made-to-order from up-cycled materials (sourced locally from secondhand stores and dead stock materials). Please keep in mind that all RTW products can look slightly different than displayed on our web shop, for example stitches can be placed differently and material compositions can vary slightly.

When ordering a custom-made product you will have consultation meetings with the designer and agree on individual terms about minor changes to the product if needed, for example in case of sizing or fitting issues. However, also for custom-made products the return policy from below is applicable.

For all purchased Linda Kokkonen products, a free repair service is included for one year after the date of purchase. In this case you also need to show the receipt or proof of purchase. 

IN SHORT 

  • All sales are final, no returns possible. Exchanges may be given in exceptional circumstances, for example due to product fault. 

  • You have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

  • If exchanged is applicable, items must be unused and in original packaging.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES - ACCESSORIES

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns, unless the item arrives damaged to the customer.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES - APPAREL
All apparel products are made-to-order, and for this reason we do not accept exchanges nor returns for apparel products. Please consider sizing carefully prior to placing your order. Exchanges may be given in exceptional circumstances, for example due to product fault.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only exchange items if they arrive to you defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@lindakokkonen.com and we will send you instructions where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive the defective or damaged item, it will undergo a quality review.

Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, we will contact you.

Please note you are responsible for the exchange shipping. LL Studios/ Linda Kokkonen cannot be held responsible if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged. If you are shipping an item over EUR100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable nor any duties or taxes incurred.

REPAIR SERVICE

For all purchased Linda Kokkonen products, we offer a free repair service for one year after the date of purchase. In this case you also need to show the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at info@lindakokkonen.com to communicate the needed repair and we communicate to you the next steps you need to take. After booking a repair appointment with us, you are welcome to visit our studio.

In case you need to ship the product to us, that needs to be repaired, please note also here you are responsible for the shipping of the product. LL Studios/ Linda Kokkonen cannot be held responsible if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged. If you are shipping an item over EUR100, please use a trackable shipping service and communicate the tracking number to us. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item. 

After the one year free repair service has passed we welcome you to still use our repair service to prolong the lifetime of your Linda Kokkonen garment. The repair rates vary from damage to damage and need to be evaluated by us after bringing or shipping the product to us for inspection.

TAXES AND DUTIES

The prices of products are expressed in Euro inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties. You will be responsible on any applicable custom duties and we are not able to estimate any possible duty that might occur.
